Terms and Conditions of Flat usage
- Bookings are only taken from KPA members
- A member must be in residence throughout the entire stay
- A non-refundable deposit must be paid on receipt of booking confirmation and balance paid no less than four weeks before stay
- In the event of a cancellation please inform the RLHKPA immediately so the flat can be offered to other members
- Guests must adhere to the stated times of arrival and departure
